License to Use: By submitting User Content, you grant Merios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and process your data for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, calculating health scores, generating insights, and optimizing algorithms.

Privacy: Your User Content is treated as highly sensitive and is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your health data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or with your explicit consent.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy (within 30 days of termination request).
